It is one of the largest enterprises of power capacitor, and the headquarters is located in Hi-tech district of Xi'an.

At present, the holding company of Herong Group is Shaanxi Herong Electric Co., Ltd, which has four branch companies, ( Heyang Power Capacitor Making Co., Ltd, Weinan Herong Power Device Co., Ltd, Herong Chemical Co., Ltd, Xi'an Zhongtian Electric Co., Ltd ), whose registration capital is 35 million yuan, and total asset is 140 million yuan, annual sale is over 100 million. The product has passed ISO9001 international quality system authentication ( edition 2000). There are 380 staffs included 139 researchers and designers and 50 advanced technicians.

Herong Group has production bases in Xi'an, Weinan and Heyang, and mainly products all styles of HV shunt capacitor and the whole set, high altitude HV shunt capacitor, whole sealed large capability shunt capacitor, 6~11kV assemble HV shunt capacitor and the whole set, high and low voltage VAR compensation Equipment, air-core power reactor, whole-sealed oil immersed series power reactor, discharge coil and M/DBT insulating oil, thereinto, 66kV, 110kV assembled HV shunt capacitor is large capability capacitor which the highest voltage degree in China.
